Cooled to 60 F and aerated/pitched. Fermented @ 62 for a week. After 7 days, I ramped from 62 to 75 over the 4 day dry hop of 1 oz Cascade, 1 oz Centennial, and 1 oz Amarillo. Cold crashed @ 38 F for 2 days and into the keg. Bloomed 1/2 pack of Knox gelatin in room temp water for 20 minutes, then heated to 170 to dissolve and then into the keg as well. Early tastings make me think I'm going to love this one. I will bring some by for the Mobsters opinion soon.
