So I melted my wind guards....

I made a couple of 12" diameter wind guards out of aluminum flashing to sit around my Banjo KAB4's. During testing, when I cranked up the gas the aluminum started to burn and collapse...
Any replacement ideas come to mind? I KNOW THE WORLD IS READING THIS FORUM DAILY!!!
